Please contact our WhatsApp for any returns/refunds queries. All items we sell are personalised,  so items cannot be returned for a refund unless defective.

We are able to provide you with a full refund, or replacement (choice of the buyer), if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• If the item is not as advertised
• If your personalisation is incorrect
• If your item is significantly delayed
• Or for any other reasonable issue
